Returns Policy

Parties 2 Go will refund or exchange a product if the product is returned to us unopened within seven days of receiving your order. We do not refund or exchange any food items. Postage for returned items is to be paid by the customer. Please Note: The postage paid to send the parcel to you may have been more than what you actually paid, especially for overseas orders. If this was the case, the full postage paid by us will be taken out of the refund amount.

Freight Damage Policy

Parties 2 Go does not accept responsibility for damaged or broken items that have left our premises intact. You can choose to insure your delivery and this insurance will cover any damage or any loss to any products while in transit. We do our best to package the items carefully so as not to cause any unnessary damage while in transit. If you as a customer specifically request the delivery to be left at the door (or similar), the insurance does not cover theft.
